As a Department for Environment and Water volunteer you can help to conserve the natural environment, or a heritage site, for future generations and feel great while you’re doing it.

Every year more than 6000 dedicated people donate around 20,000 days of work. Many of these volunteers are associated with a park that holds some personal significance to them or to their community.

There are over 140 Friends of parks groups aligned with various parks throughout the state.

More information about volunteering opportunities is available on the website.
